Why order 2019 San Antonio Missions Historical Park 5 oz. Silver ATB America the Beautiful First Strike Deap-Miror Prooflike Coin.

This coin is the latest issue in the extremely popular series, which started in 2010. It honors the rich history of the San Antonio Missions, which laid the foundation for the city that exists today. The coin was struck on a 5 oz planchet of .999 fine silver.

Exquisite Missions design:

The reverse bears a missions design that Chris Costello created and Joseph Menna sculpted. It is divided into quadrants just like the Colonial Spanish Real as a tribute to that famous coin. Each of the quadrants features symbols of the missions. Arches and a bell represent community, a lion rampant Spanish heritage, the river natural resources and irrigation, and wheat farming.

A portrait of President George Washington by John Flanagan features at the center of the obverse. The left-side effigy has been a mainstay of the quarter since its debut in 1932.

Virtually Flawleess

According to the experts at Professional Coin Grading Service (PCGS), this coin appears perfect to the naked eye. That is why they awarded it their second highest grade, Mint State 69. They also certified the piece Deep-Miror Prooflike on account of its mirrored fields and First Strikes, which means that it was submitted to them no more than 30 days after its initial release from the mint.
