2019 Netherlands Restrike Silver Lion Dollar Coin.

The Royal Dutch Mint has roots going back to 1567. This is a first year of issue and 400th Anniversary celebration for the original leeuwendaalder or "Lion Dollar." Each issue is struck to proof quality on a .999 fine silver planchet.

Classic design:

The obverse image is that of a knight standing in front of a shield bearing a rampant lion. The image is encircled by two beadwork rims and inscriptions.

The reverse of the coin has the same rampant lion depicted much larger than the obverse surrounded by two beadwork circles and the inscriptions.

This coin has not been graded or encapsulated by a third-party grading service. It is in GEM BU condition, which is the same condition it was in when it left the Mint.
